- Unlimited photos and video coverage for all events with concern to the timeframe discussed earlier
- Travel charges applicable for all events outside Pondicherry
- Confirmation of the event to be made with clearance of 50% of the amount quoted
- 50% to be cleared during the collection of Traditional Softcopy Photos after the event
- Deliverables will be handed over in 75-90 working days (From receiving the selected photos list)
- We retain copyrights to all our photos & video, we use few photos & video in our webiste and instagram page
- We wont use your photos/video for commercial purpose
